About you
You have 3+ years of experience working as a backend web developer You have 3+ years of dedicated experience with Ruby on Rails. You have experience with Agile/Scrum Methodologies You are detail-oriented and care about the end-user experience You are passionate about well-functioning software products Experience with React.js or a front-end framework is a plus You have a B2 level of English or above (Full professional proficiency). You want to create not only impactful, but also beautiful products for U.S-based clients. You have worked in an agile environment and are a team player.What you'll be doing
