Flatirons is seeking a Marketing Director in LATAM to join our rapidly growing team. Our ideal candidate speaks and writes fluent English and has a strong background in SEO as well as other areas of digital marketing. Flatirons exist in a competitive space, and you will help us stand out.This is a full-time, 40-hour/week remote role.
What you'll be doing
Ultimately, you will be responsible for helping to drive organic traffic and conversions to the Flatirons marketing website. This includes: CRM management Email marketing Content marketing Managing the Flatirons blog and helping write non-technical content for it Overseeing external technical writers for any technical content Managing all aspects of SEO (on-page, off-page --- will have help and budget for link building) Managing the Flatirons CRM and email campaigns Performing keyword research as needed Internal linkingAbout you
You live in Latin America. You have 4+ years of professional experience working in SEO You have strong written and spoken English skills You know tools like Ahrefs, SEMRush, and SurferSEO like the back of your hand You are passionate about digital marketing Proficient in email marketing & content marketing Proficient in Google Analytics and website analysis Proficient in social media managementBenefits & Perks
