Requirements * Minimum of 8 years experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role. * Proven experience managing engineering teams focused on deployment frameworks, automation, and operational tooling in complex engineering environments. * Experience managing the engineering and delivery of internal engineering tools and platforms for globally distributed internal customers. * Proven experience in building and leading teams responsible for mission-critical tooling and infrastructure. * Strong understanding of secure contract management, multisig operations, and configuration management in decentralized or distributed environments, preferably involving both EVM and non-EVM chains. * Demonstrated ability to define and implement operational standards, documentation, and self-service tooling effectively. * Experience collaborating closely with technical and non-technical stakeholders, managing expectations, priorities, and delivery timelines. * A servant-leadership approach that empowers teams to achieve excellence through clear vision, guidance, and support. * Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment with evolving technologies and shifting priorities.
