• Perform requirements analysis, write a backlog of epics and stories for your Product• Collaborate with the development team to ensure requirements are understood and correctly implemented• Help Dev and QA validate and prioritize issues reported by clients, ensuring timely resolution• Respond to functional questions from clients and internal teams, providing support and guidance on system usage• Participate in defining and documenting system changes and improvements based on user feedback and market trends• Collaborate with the QA team to ensure solutions meet quality standards, develop user acceptance criteria, and support test case development• Stay updated on the latest trends and conduct external competitor/market analysis• Work with our UX team to develop user interaction diagrams and mockups• Write documentation and release notes• Write customer communication and participate in internal/external meetings

• Access Control Management: Define, manage, and enforce access control policies and procedures across the organization. Perform vulnerability assessments and coordinate with other teams to remediate identified risks. Support security incident response activities, including containment, eradication, and recovery phases.
