• Supporting the system on issue resolution and reported bugs from the business teams• Supporting the business teams in understanding how the system works based on what is configured in Anthology’s current system and if there is potential for optimizing the business process in the future• Supporting system operations and updates, system monitoring and maintenance, application management, and other technical tasks ensuring that the system is functioning as efficiently as possible• Supporting data quality maintenance that involves liaising with business teams, data stewards, auditing and reporting on data quality, and making core data or configuration changes as needed• Supporting user proficiency in the system by monitoring user proficiency, creating and conducting training, conducting change management activities, and improving user adoption
